How I Lost 20 LBS in Two Months

Can You Really Lose 20 Pounds In Just Two Months?

If you’re looking to drop 20 pounds in just two months, then this ought to be quite a timely read. Lowering this excess fat might give the impression of being quite a difficult feat to accomplish. As you really think about the way in which your body behaves, however, you’ll start to realize that it’s actually quite doable.

Our bodies are always in a desperate pursuit of perfect health. The truth is, when it comes to getting in shape and being healthy, your body is in a huge hurry. Our bodies WANT rapid weight loss. All we need to do is get out of the way!

All we need to do is cut out the garbage food and maybe exercise a bit. The damage we’ve done is going to begin to undo itself almost immediately. Quick fat reduction can happen then, and it will almost certainly be healthy.

But Why Do They Say It’s Hazardous to Lose 20 Pounds in Two Months?

You’ll be told that 1-2 pounds of weekly weight loss should be your limit. You’ll be told that anything more than this can stress your organs and compromise your health. This idea, however, is seemingly overshadowed by the millions who safely lose weight much, much faster. The body is a brilliantly adaptive machine that knows how to keep you alive and healthy.

Think about people who do keto… or juice fasting. These folks are able to drop this much weight daily, not weekly! And in all reality, these people are perhaps even healthier for going at this pace. As you likely already know, a major reason why our bodies become overweight is that they’re full of toxicity. Is allowing all but a pound or two of toxic waste to sit in your system really the best advice? I certainly don’t think so.

Some have said that the “1 to 2 pounds per week” myth is designed by big diet companies to ensure that you remain overweight for a frustratingly long period of time so that they can keep selling you their pills, potions, and memberships for life.

No matter if this is true or not, it would seem that not only is slow weight loss unnecessary, but it often has the effect of boring people. Weight loss failure is often the result of this. Dieting success is almost entirely dependent upon our excitement and inspiration. Do you know what I mean?

How to Lose 20 Pounds in Two Months:

The number of potential diet plans for you to potentially follow is nothing short of overwhelming. From low-carb to low-calorie to whole-food plant-based diets, your options are plentiful. I’d say that a good percentage of these options would help you to lose 20 pounds in 2 months.

So how shall you decide which to go with? Considering what you actually like to eat is your first step. A diet is only as good as your ability to stick with it, and if you love the food… well, you’ll probably stick with it! If, for example, you absolutely love carbs and have no intention of ever doing away with them, then you may want to consider a diet full of whole grains, fruits, and starches like sweet potatoes. Just make sure that you stay away from all of the chemical-laden junk and focus mainly on consuming.

Bottom line, your success or failure rests almost entirely on you choosing a diet that you’re willing to stick with long term. Listen to your body and choose accordingly.
