To make these junk free chicken nuggets you’re going to need chicken breast (duh), pickle juice, eggs and coconut milk. The paleo recipe chicken is going to be coated with a mix of coconut flour, arrowroot flour and flavored with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
These grain-free nuggets are going to be a hugh hit for the family. I would suggest that you make a double batch as they are going to disappear real fast.

Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
On low-carb, you crave carbs. On a low-sugar diet, you crave sweets. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s tell the truth here. Cooking videos can be quite tough to resist. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems pretty logical, really. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This, of course, is standard, conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
