Eggs, almond flour, sweetener such as stevia and baking powder are the only four ingredients you’ll need for these yummy, low-carb pancakes.

These pancakes are lower in carbs, but believe me, they are tasty. Also they are gluten free, so they are perfect for those who want to avoid wheat. If you are watching your carbs, as a topping you can use fruits such as fresh berries and your favorite low carb syrup.

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. It can be overwhelming to decide.

It’s for this reason that, once you’ve made your choice, and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You may wind up back at the drawing board.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

I cannot overstate how important this is.

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…

On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On calorie-restriction, you crave high calorie foods. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s tell the truth. Food videos can be pretty damned irresistible. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

Makes sense when you really think about it. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

It’s the most popular weight loss model in existence. It probably earned its right to be!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
