If you love hamburgers, but you are at a loss to find that perfect low-carb keto hamburger bun, then this ketogenetic hamburger recipe will have you over the moon. Now you can get your burger even if you are on the keto diet, because the whole meal is perfect for weight loss.
The bun ingredients are coconut flour, almond meal or almond flour, flaxseed meal, ground psyllium husk, eggs, apple cider vinegar, salt, baking powder, sesame seeds and onion powder. You just add your own low-carb infill.
The beauty of this recipe is that you can tweek it to alter the flavor. Make a sweet bun by adding soaked white raisins, cinnamon and candied ginger. Also brush the bun top with a little honey. You can use a small amount of buckwheat, about 15g to improve the texture. Also add freeze dried onions and coat the top of the bun with the egg whites before spreading the sesame seeds. This is so versatile!

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
This is extremely important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On low-calorie, you crave calories. The grass always seems greener on the other side. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And one thing that’s clear… Food-based videos are often undeniably will-shattering. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
No doubt that this is common-sense weight loss. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
