Here’s where you want to go…

And now we continue…

There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

For this reason, as soon as the choice has been made, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It may just bring you back to square one.

It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

Makes perfect sense, right?

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…

That which one eating plan won’t allow you to consume, another, seemingly equally legit program totally allows, and perhaps even encourages. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not lie to ourselves. Food-based videos are oftentimes pretty tempting. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!

Clearly, this is common-sense weight loss. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
